Everything in the universe is in motion. Whether we feel it or not, whether we know it or not, change is always happening in us and around us. How do we create lasting change for our health and wellness? There are seasons for growth (contemplation, preparation, and maintenance) and seasons where we come alive (action). As you can tell, we think about wellness a little bit differently. We believe change happens in a rhythm of cycles and seasons. Change is not an event or a linear process so there are times where you may plateau, step back a little, however you never go back to the drawing board. You’re always building, learning and getting better. It’s all about connecting to the created rhythm within and all around us so we can celebrate the seasons we’re in and feel good about our health.
