Single Intention Session

Sometimes, you know exactly where to start. The Single Intention Session is ideal for getting clarity about a specific situation or goal. You’ll leave with new insight and an action plan for moving forward.

  • Single session: 75 minutes

  • You’ll receive an intake form with prompts to spark insight and inspiration

Seasonal Shift

A lot can change in 3 months – summer can turn to fall, fall to winter, or winter to spring. The Seasonal Shift package is for you if there are one or two areas of your life that you’d like to work on over time. We’ll harness the wisdom of nature’s rhythms to lay the groundwork for sustainable change.

  • 3-month package: 7 bi-weekly sessions

  • Initial discovery session (75 mins) + 6 follow-up sessions (45 mins each)

  • In-depth intake form with recommendations to spark insight and inspiration and prompts for reflection after every coaching session
