Changing your food and lifestyle habits on willpower alone doesn’t work. Overcomplicated diets, restrictive diets, and extreme measures have the potential to cause more health problems. Health plans are not a one size fits all, be it food, sleep, exercise, not drinking enough water, emotional outbursts, wanting to retreat to be on your own, depression. Simple and consistent changes bring about lasting change.
The approach I have is to listen to you first. You are the one who knows what you want. I can help you take a step back and reevaluate how you’re investing your time and your energy, so you can take baby steps (and sometimes not-so-baby steps) to bring your everyday life back into alignment.

75 MIN SINGLE INTENTION SESSION
After our Meet & Greet, we’ll determine a path forward. The Single Intention Session is ideal for getting clarity about your specific goals. You’ll leave with new insight and an action plan for how we’ll move forward together to help you achieve your goals. This is the first step in creating your own personal rhythm.
